Back on December 9th, I posted on article on acoustic singer-songwriter Katie Gavin and her cover of Willow Smith’s, Whip My Hair. Her YouTube video of the cover has since gone viral, attracting the attention of Ryan Seacrest, MTV, and even received a shout out from Willow herself! Yesterday, one of Katie’s hometown news stations, WGN, had on her their morning show to perform her rendition of the song live! I’m so happy to see Katie getting the recognition she deserves.. Good for you Katie!
